Garuda Indonesia Announcement Regarding Heathrow Airport Industrial Action Strikes

Cengkareng, August 5^th 2019 - Regarding the planned of industrial action by Heahtrow Airport workers (6/8), we would like to ensure that all Garuda Indonesia's flights to and from Heathrow Airport are scheduled to operate as normal.

In order to minimize the impact and disruption of the industrial action, passengers are strongly advised to arrive early at the Heathrow Airport and limit their carry-on cabin baggage as this may help to anticipate long queues at security check procedures.

Furthermore, passengers are also advised to use check-in online facilities in order to speed-up the check-in procedure.

Garuda Indonesia currently is in intensive coordination with the airport authorities and will provide further updates for any adjustment related to flight schedule and airport service.
